Professional Therapy Service Fees:
Initial Evaluation Fee: $225.00
Fee for 45-minute session: $200.00
Trauma-Informed Telecoaching Sessions:
I offer trauma‑informed tele‑coaching specializing in supporting people who have survived all types of trauma — including childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, loss, medical trauma, workplace trauma, and complex or repeated traumatic experiences. Trauma can leave you feeling isolated, unsafe in your body, unsure of your perceptions, and diminished in self‑worth. You may feel stuck for reasons such as limited supports, financial dependency, work or caregiving pressures, or fear about the future.
If you’ve already left a harmful situation, I honor how difficult and courageous that step was. Trauma’s effects often continue long after an event ends and may evolve over time. Whether you are currently coping with ongoing trauma, recovering from past experiences, or are uncertain about next steps, I provide practical, evidence‑informed coaching to increase safety, clarity, and agency.
My trauma‑informed approach centers on safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. Together we will: identify trauma responses and patterns, strengthen and implement boundaries, develop a personalized safety and behavior plan, build coping skills and self‑regulation strategies, and work toward the goals you define. Work is paced and client‑led; when clinical treatment is indicated (e.g., active suicidality, severe dissociation, unmanaged severe symptoms), I will assist with referrals to licensed providers in your area. Sessions are delivered securely via tele‑coaching to meet you where you are.
