A sudden disruption in routine can leave you feeling isolated and nervous:  Even though we know that many other people are in similar situations, it can still feel really isolating and alone when you are following a new, restricted schedule.  This is a time when our fears of the unknown, and the unexpected, can feel overwhelming and difficult.   There are proven strategies that you can use to bring your stress level down and increase your resilience.  This current reality is something that we have never faced before.  Homeschooling, remote work, shortages of supplies and job security is stressful for everyone.  Taking care of yourself is critical as we get through these uncertain times.  We will get through this situation and come out stronger from the things we learn.
